This machine is special for threading drill collar. It has the advantage of high

accuracy, high rigidity, big power etc. Machine bed is 45°slant. The guide way is steel inlaid

guideway. Use 8-station electric turret for outside screw, dual immovable tool rest and

compound tool bar for inside screw, tool setting is convenient. Spindle is high accuracy, high rigidity,

can assure drill collar thread quality. It has automatic lubricating and oil way fault alarm

function. Equipped with big power centrifugal cooling pump, prolong the cutter life. The machine is

full closed covering, good water proof. With auto pipe loading/unloading device, work efficiency is highly

improved.
